You should note that the items are New Old Stock.
This means that in most cases the items are not recently fresh from
factory/wholesaler, and may have been manufactured some time ago. You
should understand the implications of this before ordering items.
Potential purchasers should note that the manufacturers original
supplementary packaging (cardboard box) of the item might not be
present, and, in those cases where such supplementary packaging is
present, may well be marked or stained or otherwise less than pristine,
and in these cases, such packaging should not be considered as
constituting a part of the item, or of the purchase. Claims in respect
of condition or absence of outer packaging will not be considered.
Potential purchasers for whom the packaging is important should contact
us before bidding on the item.
Goods paid for by cheque cannnot normally be despatched until at least
ten days after payment is received, as all payments have to be
fully cleared before shipping. Goods purchased using Paypal will be
despatched no more than three days after payment. Goods to UK addresses
might not be delivered until five days after despatch. Deliveries to
non-UK addresses will, of course, take longer to arrive. We reserve the
right to impose a surcharge of not more than 5 percent on orders paid
for in currencies other than Pounds Sterling. Refunds will not be
considered until goods are returned. You are responsible for safety and
security of the item until we accept its delivery, and should insure the
item accordingly. The placing of an order or the submission of
payment(s) constitutes acceptance of these and any other reasonable
conditions we choose to implement.
PAYMENTS. Payment to be made in UK Pounds Sterling only. Payments
submitted in other currencies will be refused. Payments to be made
within 7 days, or non-paying bidder report will be submitted. This
will be removed once payment is received. It is not negative feedback
and will not count against you providing payment is received.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS.
BANK TRANSFER. For buyers and sellers who bank online, this is a quick, easy,
secure, traceable and fee-free method of making and receiving
payments. We provide our Bank Sort Code and Account Number, and you
make the payment using your online banking facility. Safe and Secure.
This is the perfect solution for buyers who do not wish to join Paypal
or disclose their Credit or Debit Card details.
PAYPAL PAYMENT REQUEST.
POSTAL ORDERS denominated in UK Pounds.
INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER drawn in UK Pounds acceptable.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS can pay by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
SHIPPING.
You should ensure the correct Delivery Address is displayed on your
Ebay and PayPal records. We will not accept responsibility for items
delivered to incorrect addresses.
A Certificate of Posting will be obtained when item is sent. We will
not be responsible for non-delivery. Items will be deemed to be
delivered when handed to Post Office. Items will only be sent Recorded
Delivery if requested. Items will be sent within a reasonable time
following completion of payment.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.
Please email request for shipping costs before
you bid, as it will always cost more than UK shipping costs quoted.
Payments submitted with insufficient shipping costs included will be
refused. International items are sent via Airmail and we will always
include the cost of any available insurance within the shipping cost.
We will not ship internationally without available insurance. Please
note that delivery times to international destinations vary greatly
depending on the domestic postal service. Savings made by combining
postage costs are minimal, but any savings will be passed on to
purchasers.
NON-DELIVERY.
Items are not considered as lost by the Post Office until 15 days
have elapsed since posting. Investigation of non-delivery can
therefore be a slow process. Only the ‘sender’ is entitled
to make a compensation claim, and this can only be done after it is
absolutely certain the item is lost. Refunds to buyers can only be
undertaken following a refund from the Post Office. This can take
weeks.
By submitting an order you will be considered to have read and

Goods will not be dispatched until payment receipt is considered
complete by me.
